At Sercura our entire work flow is managed through our tailor-made Avalanche web-based platform. This takes us from booking, through scheduling, to report delivery and invoice issuing. The system can also generate reports and statistics on most critical aspects of the business. We exercise central control over our global operations through this powerful software application.

To ensure that all booking information is accurate we ask you to use our Online Booking Forms. We can't accept bookings through e-mail as this creates inefficiencies in the process when information is missing or incomplete. It should not take longer than two minutes to fill in a booking form.

Once you've placed the information in the system, it is visible to all relevant parties in a web-based project file. This helps to avoid costly and unnecessary e-mail traffic or work-load repetition and creates as smooth a flow of information as possible.

Once you've booked a job, all communication is handled by a dedicated Customer Service Executive who is your single point of contact. The CSE reports to a Customer Service Manager who reports directly to senior management.
